3. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use

a. When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following details are collected without any action on your part and stored until they are automatically deleted:

• IP address of the requesting computer,
• Date and time of access,
• Name and URL of the file requested,
• Website from which it was accessed (referrer URL),
• Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.

We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:

5. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and which are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device and do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware.

6. Analysis tools

a) Tracking tools

The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1(f) GDPR. We want to ensure an appropriate design and the continuous optimisation of our website with the tracking measures used. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our range for you.

Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse your use of our website and, where applicable, to analyse ads. Google may transfer data to servers outside the EU; where no adequacy decision exists, it relies on standard contractual clauses.

7. Social media plug-ins

No social media plug-ins are used on our website.

8. Rights of data subjects

You have the right:

• To request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR.
• In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to demand correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data.
• In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request deletion of your personal data, unless processing is necessary for freedom of expression, compliance with a legal obligation, public interest, or establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
• In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to demand restriction of processing under certain conditions.
• In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to have it transmitted to another controller.
• In accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your consent at any time (future effect).
• To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.

9. Right of objection

If your personal data are processed based on legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1(f) GDPR), you have the right to object at any time, provided there are reasons arising from your situation or the objection is against direct advertising. 10. SSL encryption

Our website uses SSL encryption for transmission of confidential or personal content. This encryption is activated, for example, when processing payment transactions and for enquiries via our website. Ensure SSL encryption is active (look for "https://" and the lock icon). Data encrypted via SSL cannot be read by third parties.

We use the SSL (secure socket layer) method with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser (usually 256-bit; otherwise 128-bit v3).
